Faryn Pauga, LMSW

Faryn enjoys connecting with people and helping them discover their potential for growth and change. She believes that while change takes effort, it is also a positive and empowering experience. Her ability to understand the needs and struggles of others helps her to guide clients toward healing and renewal.

She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and is licensed through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Faryn approaches clients with proven techniques in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help each individual better understand their situation. By unlocking the patterns of negative self-talk, unresolved resentments, or trauma she will help you find strength you didn't know was possible. The mind is a very powerful place, and Faryn will help you tap into your inner strength and find the true value you have always held. Anxiety, depression, addiction no longer needs to be part of your life. 

 

Previously, Faryn worked at Terros Health, giving her experience working with adolescents and adults facing a variety of mental health concerns and substance abuse challenges. Additionally, she worked at Nobel Hospice where she specialized in providing grief and bereavement support, and connecting families to resources in the hospice field.

Faryn’s passion is creating a welcoming space where children, adolescents, and adults feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring their emotions. Her non-judgmental approach provides the perfect environment for everyone. 

 

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and children, watching movies, and getting creative with crafts.
