Individual counseling is often where a lot of the work begins.  Over recent years more research has come out showing the immense benefits counseling has for our mental health.  Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, addictions, past trauma, or relational issues, counseling can offer the relief you are seeking.  Our COLLECTIVE of experienced therapists offer a wide variety of expertise to help you navigate the rocky terrain you are traveling.  Individual counseling allows you to explore the negative cognitions, blocking beliefs, behaviors, hurtful memories and more, in a safe and healthy environment. 

 

The psychologist Carl Rogers noted, in his research, that the connection between the client and therapist is one of the most important parts of treatment.  One of our main goals is to connect with our clients, so we can better understand where they are, where they want to go, and what might be in the way of getting there.  By utilizing many different therapeutic approaches, the goals you have will be able to be achieved.
