My approach to therapy comes from my life experiences as well as my educational background and training. I have been through life's struggles and have embarked on the journey of doing the work myself. I understand how difficult it can be to navigate the difficulties that you are facing, and want to be here to support you, validate you, and empower you to find peace and healing.
We will explore various healing modalities tailored to your individual journey. I have training and experience working with those struggling with a wide variety of challenges and struggles. I believe that you are the expert of your story, and that treating each individual is unique and special because your journey is uniquely yours.

With extensive training and experience, I work with individuals facing a wide array of challenges. I utilize various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mind Body Medicine (MBM) to empower others to heal and thrive.
